Underwriting Requirements
- 3 years in business
- No bankruptcy or foreclosures in last 3 years
- No federal tax liens
- 680 FICO
- 1.15 DSCR
- Loan amount no greater than 25% of prior year revenue

- Interim Profit/Loss and Balance Sheet
- Debt Schedule
- Bank Statements (business) – 6 months
- Proof of insurance (GL and WC)
- Personal Financial Statement

Growth Term Loans (Non-SBA)
- Loan amount: $50,000 – $200,000
- Terms: up to 10 years
- Monthly payments
- Fixed interest rates (risk-based)
- No daily or weekly draws
- Prepayment penalty period – 24 months
Underwriting Requirements
- 1+ year in business (certain industries require more)
- Revenue: $125,000 annual
- Positive EBITDA for most recent tax return
- No open federal or state tax liens
- No open litigations
- No more than 2 MCAs
- No more than 3 UCC-1s
- 640+ FICO for all owners with 20%+ ownership
- Must not have a history of heavy MCAs
